There should be info in game what you actually need to get to second layer. The game implies you can, but there is no exact information. I'm quessing just getting enough pbs, probably 100 does it, but...
Ok. When you get the % to next prestige layer, you lose the % to next prestige point. That's not good. Surely you could have next pp% or something short there too.

Hey lol, I'll fix that. Actually in the game engine it is % but I forgot that the engine uses % as something else, so it eliminates it. Thanks.
