i just crushed his ribcage with a hammer , threw the bone fragments across the room and accidentally also ripped his lungs out- but the patient was still fine. i continued the surgery by stabbing his heart with the scalpel and cut all the arteries and veins- still alive (must be a tough guy. i even got an a++ rating by just dropping the new heart in the empty chest of that corpse. where is my medical license? im good to go ;)
