Dang it. I have to start over. Chrome auto-updated on me despite me telling it not to, so I switched to Opera--and my progress is gone. I would've exported if there was a way. Please put one in! (Or tell me where it is if I missed it.)
Love the gameplay, the look, the concept, the way it's never the same thing twice, the ways you can make your win bigger--it's awesome. Great powerups to boot. :) Challenging and enjoyable. My only complaint is that since it *is* so heavily reliant on luck, it needs to have three lives or a save feature. It really sucks to play it halfway through and then get dealt an impossible-to-win hand. 4/5, and if you upgrade it so one bad deal doesn't ruin everything, you'll get that extra star. :)
Lose the "loading" and the text quotes at the start. The quotes are offensive and irrelevant and just undermie the game. I love riddles, but this one didn't do it for me. It was, then I heard the music and saw the background for the umpteenth time and all while I was trying to figure out the answer to the 1.5 question. I suck at numbers as it is, but I just couldnt' take it anymore. Had to score a bit low, sorry. But put in a mute button and make the background shift and I'll try it again. Even if it just shifts every now and then, it's something. Though having it change every time you got an answer right would be a nice little visual payoff.
