@FlayerSlayer, I got stuck for a bit on 10 too, you gotta hit em faster :) Once you take them down to only 3 it is a piece of cake, focus on staying alive and only attacking one of them first.
Also, would be nice to have a menu and a few save games or something like that, so that you could exit without having to refresh the page... Anyone know what mana pearls are for? Nothing?
I'm confused, do the "threats" get stronger with time once they are activated by you planting near them or what? Maybe I need to redo level 1. I don't understand this at all. I plant a collector near a threat that is already active and before my plant is even half leveled the threat is freaking max likelihood. What does the Severity/Likelihood stuff even mean? I get the likelihood is the chances of spawning. Is severity how many spawn? Replaying from level 1 to better understand.
This game caused me to take up smoking because I was so bored while playing it I needed something to do, I figured if it takes this long to play this game it'll take this long to die from a cigarette.
So I must say that I was having a bit more fun than the 2nd one with some of the new weapons and new enemies etc... Then I decided "What the hell" and jumped in to customizing my own tank... Holy crap there's some awesome stuff available. I now have a class 5 ship with 4 auto-turrets, two beam cannons, 2 "ally" launcher bays and a shield. I go in to some pretty crazy fights and lose maybe 10 bubbles before killing everything.
So I skipped getting the power core and went straight to the escape when I got the triple jump and invuln... Is there any different ending? I don't really wanna go back ALL the way through since it won't save again now that I can't die...
Anyone else have an impossible time on the first hunter map? I can't seem to position the flame throwers properly enough, I always have ONE hunter get in the side and kill ALL of my guys...
Use the arrow keys to move if A and D stop working....
One thing that annoys me is you can't choose where you aim... So as I try to back away from zombies (namely the mutated ones) and shoot... it doesn't work.. And if they get too close to me I'm screwed because the guns need to be pointing at them... A simple use of the mouse to aim would be quite nice, also use numbers to switch weapons instead of having to hit "C" a whole bunch to get to the right one. Auto-switch when out of ammo would be nice too, it seemed to be there but didn't work fast enough. When you drop a weapon for another one, the weapon should stay there (IE drop hockey stick for gun, hockey stick should appear on the ground to pick back up if you want).
I only enjoyed this for a bit because I miss the old days of Fallout... I'm gonna have to get Fallout 2 working again on my Win7 computer... Fallout 3 and New Vegas are cool and all, but I miss the top down turn based RPG style... Good ripoff of a game, badly put together. Try again sir.
