I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish by attaching wait times to everything, they really hinder your ability to actually play this game. Cynically I find myself thinking they only exist to give impatient players another opportunity to throw money at you. I think you are underestimating how annoying the wait times are you should at least limit their usage.
