RoninTenkai: I assure you that destroying the asteroids will help you get a lot farther. During testing I got up to wave 94. But yes, sending asteroids out to space is somewhat based on luck but is mainly for the gravity blast. You can, however, get in front of the asteroids and accelerate them off the screen (very dangerous). Thanks for the feedback.
I agree that a clock would be nice. I come back every once in a while trying to get the hard badge and I can never tell how much time has gone by. I lost with 196 once... somehow I feel a clock would have helped me survive :)
I played the game a while back. Came to beat the challenge at *poof* it just gave it to me! I'm glad to see that the game checks to see if you've previously gotten the challenges and badges before they were there. Most of the games don't do that.
About this game on HandDrawnGames.com... what's with "The Big Clean" Link at the bottom. I know, random, but... why is there a link to cleaning supplies, lol.
This one has better graphics than the first, but isn't as fun. It moves slower and I personally thought the simplicity made it more fun before. I still like this one though. Good job.
Just because you're new to programming doesn't mean your games have to be unoriginal. Put some thought into it. Not to be mean, but you pong creators are pissing off all of Kongregate. If you have to make a pong game, add something extremely different to make it fun... or just don't make it.
Response to pacman99: Thanks! Actually, I'm working on a function where you can create an away point that all your units will flock towards. The details are still being worked out though. I'm also creating a bonus level for Alpha Corp 1.0 that will be much bigger and that may have tanks in it.
Response to Cogewok: Thanks! You're the first person to relate it to Battlefront. I'm working on different units right now that will be included in a future update and Alpha Corp 1.0 will have more levels. I'm making sure the game runs smoothly before I get to detailed.
Havanacus couldn't have said it better. Very hard. But not in a bad way. I really like the idea it's just I wish there was a more easily achieved achievement. It took me forever just to get 10,000 points.
Is this one of those random puzzle games where you have to zoom in to find some small dot? Or is it really just one question with a dead button and a red square? Cause, it's cool that you're learning flash but don't release something until it's something.
