tip do not capture a building near evil grave yard or city hall unless you can capture it. they have a lot of zombies.

there is a lot of ways to win. 1) capture all of the city 2) get three labs, 5 scientists, every tech, 50% happyness then you can start the zombie cure 3) capture city hall and with 5 leaders draft a constatution 4) capture evil grave yard use 15 soldurs to destroy it they are all hard

it is mostly luck to win if you start near police stations big farms and no grave yards near. it is easy.
