He cannot be killed, you have to flip him back over to his side, and speed-kill the other team's fortress. Read Br34ky's comment, and you'll know all you need :D Best of luck!
... personally, I like this game, although it takes some getting used to. It is a take on KH, probably, but I'm not complaining: Kingdom Hearts games are some of the best Square's ever made. Otherwise, it would be nice to grind between some harder levels... if you make another game, try playing Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor for the DS first... it's an exemplary RPG. 'Nough said, Ge.ne.sis ain't bad, though you need to get that combat bug fixed :D
