In this latest christmas event, it was 100% impossible for me to complete to even reach the next stage. It was dependent on sufficient amount of players willing to play together in order for me to complete the last quest. Every day I logged in, not enough people was playing, so I couldn't complete it.
I don't understand why they release events which are impossible to complete, unless being logged in 12 - 14 hours a day. I've rated this game for at least 6 months now, I'm still hoping for improvements, but I haven't seen any improvements yet.
I started testing this game yesterday. The GUI makes my head spin! I don't enjoy playing this game, but perhaps it's OK after you've get used to everything, but I doubt it.
Everything is a very big clutter and I haveto make really hard efforts in order to navigate correctly to all the things that... I'm forced to do in the beginner section of the game.
So I really wanted to give this game a chance since I absolute love the Settlers games for Windows, but seriously, this is not even close the original games. What is this? :D It's a joke, in my opinion.
I think this game is really good! Thank you for putting this out here on Kong. You could add some strategy adding waste from the different types of power plants, to make it a bit harder and closer to reality. :)
This latest version released with this new event, it leaks RAM-memory like crazy! I think the developers rushed this update, I hope the crhistmas update will be better coded.
Besides that, it's OK game, but you guys shouldn't release things until it's ready.
Hi khelben, If you refreshed any time after the afternoon PST of Nov 26th, we had patched the memory leak. It was tested quite thoroughly, which is why it was released on Thanksgiving day itself, but there's some things we can't always see.
Hey khelben, really sorry to hear you don't like the pack unfold animation! It's really not taking longer than the previous version though, actually the animation time is exactly as long as the previous one!
This is probably one of the absolute best idle games available on Kong right now! The game is fun, and the graphics is nice too! I wish you good luck on any improvements made to this game and hope for it to get in the right direction in creating an ever better game than this. Thank you!
They just keep on filling up this game with more silly events! I've been waiting a long time to get some real improvements on this game. Old players who comes back after a year or 2 just laughs, and we agree on that not much have changed. It's a pity, but I keep on playing in a slow pace and not a fraction as much as I used to. This game HAD potential, nowadays it's just filled with time consuming stuff which doesn't make much sense.
I don't like the constant pop up window within the game which tells me to purchase creds, it was fine before that was implemented. Now I don't play this game as much (for different reasons), but one of them is of the irritation that the pop up creates.
To the developers: please REMOVE the popup window! Thanks...
It's possible to have fun playing this game, but you will always loose against the players who pays money to win. I wouldn't encourage any way to spend one single dollar on this game, it really isn't that good, and the developers isn't improving this game the way I was hoping. Many big spenders have left this game and I don't blame them. Why pay for something which clearly has no future? Their so called customer service is a bit fake as well and don't believe you about certain bugs which seriously affect gameplay in a negative way, and that is no + for dovogame which should listen to their gamers instead of accuse players for lies when things isn't working properly.
The time out for this game is unreasonable. I get logged out during the time I go for a cup of tea... Now there are people using scripts, so they can be logged in 24 hours a day. So PLEASE at least increase time out for logging me out for at least 5 more minutes...

One of the worst features of this game is: the arena, in my opinion. They really should have come up with something better. Being without arena partner for months (according to my own previous experience) makes you fall behind the top players even more. They should remove it and replace it with something better.
All I can say for this game is that it's a good try! I would give it 2.5 in rating if I could. Like many games it has potential, but graphics needs to be more modern. Seriously games had better graphics than this in the 90's but I understand this isn't Blizzard material. ;-)
So good work on you guys, just don't forget the year we're in...
This is the only game that I know that kicks you out from your own created alliance after 10 days of inactivity. I hate that kind of stress and this why I think that this is one of the worst games available on Kongregate today.
Too bad, because games are supposed to be fun, not like this.
What I hate about this game is when you loose control over what you are allowed to do and that the guide system takes full control over all your actions despite being at level 15. What??? This is the only game I've played that acts like that.
This game could have been an excellent game considering how it was developed from the beginning, but instead of making an improvement, you fill it up with all so called mini games and play copy cat and not trying to be unique as a gaming company.
I would like to see all so called mini games go away, and just focus on the story of the game and try to really make something out of that, and... improvement on the graphics is also something this games needs to attract new players.
I've been playing this game for quite some time now. It's a fun game. The disappointment is this: the developers spends way too much time in adding special things which adds "excitement" rather than spending more time fixing things which should been fixed for a long time, such as: improved graphics. Yes, the year is 2013 now.
If you intend to play this game: choose to be patient, otherwise you need to empty your bank account instead. ;-) They want gold for almost everything in this game, and you purchase gold for real money, I would advice on careful spending...
