i rocket slam on the ground near police and they all die but when i rocket slam right on police, they slow me

my apologize, not update, upgrade
The Hero update should be more powerful and require more exp, Hero is useless after normal stages, and spell should be modified to be more useful, the only spell i find usefull is regen, the other cost too much or too weak
