"Kill the biggest, most evil bubble monster in the land". Sure. No problem. Except... perhaps some sort of clue as to exactly WHERE THE GODDAMN HELL IT IS might be helpful..?
Broken. Level header quite clearly states; there are 44 enemies on Level 3. Why, then, does my "Goal Checklist" for the Easy badge on the achievement screen only register that I've got made 7 kills, once I've completed the level?
Useless. Level 17 is broken - object simply rides up on top of the letters when you try to push it towards the balloon. Or, if you push it slowly, it doesn't make it all the way onto the platform and the laser destroys it. 0/5, as impossible to finish.
The Plushie Tiger - as you won't know unless you've played the first game - goes on the bed of the boy marked "Cody". (Unlocked with the extra key which isn't necessarily required to finish the game). If you do this, you get a nice bonus bit at the end. (I'm assuming - I've only played once through but I doubt the end is the same if you don't do this). Second piece of advice; DO NOT follow the suggestion at the start to "play in the dark with your headphones on" if you have a heart condition. Or a tendency to crap your pants when startled. Another fantastic game - top marks from me! Looking forward to Even Deeper Sleep, or whatever you're going to call it.
Brilliant! Atmospheric, and made me jump more than once. Top marks. I'm going to play Deeper Sleep next... just as soon as I've had a smoke to calm my nerves..!
Absolutely useless. No matter what I do, the hedgehog launches downwards. And the controls don't work - pressing left or right just seems to turn him downwards again. 0/5, sorry - if there's something I'm supposed to be doing in order to play this properly, it needs to be better explained in the instructions.
Hmmm, odd; seems broken, to me. Like Jarkir - post below mine - I'm completely unable to move the truck. With either WASD, cursor keys, or anything else.
Pity. Looks like an interesting game.
Fascinating concept for a game. Truly original; well done!
I got through the prologue easily enough; but then, the Billy argument made sense in a way that the Euthyphro one doesn't (I'm stuck on that one, at the moment). The argument that "Deer live in the woods" is an effective challenge to the assertion that you would need deer repellent in a city. But the challenges in the Euthyphro argument aren't challenges at all; they're just repeating the statements that the guy has already made. How can I challenge him if all I can do is parrot back at him what he's just said?
Anyway, great game. Keep it up! :-)
Good game. But its frustrating difficulty level on some stages stems from the fact, I think, that the CPU opponent always seems to start with the full range of units and upgraded resources which the player has to develop over time. Hence, by the time you're upgraded and ready to start a proper battle, the other guy already has a full army and is half-way through destroying your castle. Enjoyed it, though, nonetheless. :)
Fun up until Level 3/Boss 3. Then all the game becomes - as several commentators have already mentioned - far more based in luck than in skill. You just have to keep replaying over and over and over and over again until you get lucky which, for me, is the point at which a game fails and becomes boring. 4/5 in general, dropping to 1/5 for Level 3 & Betton boss.
Good concept, lots of fun... but calling them "Challenges" is a bit of a misnomer. It's not a "challenge" if it simply can't be completed except by luck - which is the case with everything from Challenge 13 onwards. Either you start with a *perfect* hand... or you lose. There's virtually no skill involved whatsoever.
Good effort, though. :o)
