Got to lvl 7, and then I needed a plane which could only get at lvl 8. Excessive grinding required, which is slow going anyway but especially with repairs (even new style).
BUG: I somehow managed to get stuck on the Journal part of the tutorial, and it wouldn't let me advance as it repeated itself and I had already bought the eggs and done that bit. No idea why this happened though so sorry for being unhelpful. Mac OSX on Firefox, latest flash.
Hi there, Not sure why that happened but you can try two things: (a) just reload the game in the browser and try again, or (b) if you're ok replaying the first minute or two, you can reset your game - go to the settings button and Click the Trash-bin icon - read the warnings and click through and then reload the game after it resets - should get you unstuck - but if you manage to get it stuck again I'd really love to know how :) Cheers.
Sorry for the late reply! As mentioned earlier on the previous replies, the energy system came along with the port on the web. We understand that something has to go and we are in the middle of making the game more stable. After that, we will be looking into how we can improve the system to make it much more suitable to play on the web. You can do so in Private Match lobbies, just need to inform people about the code you are using so they can join you =] WIll become a lot easier once the SAS4 live chat is enabled.
Too long, too much stupid stuff going on, kicker upgrades don't make any sense (best strategy is to save and buy one up rather than upgrade), most critter upgrades are of limited use. Misfire.
Pay to win is too excessive, not well balanced, plus there is a chance the devs will pull a similar trick that they did with original tyrant and just leave it stranded with no updates or support. No thanks.
Cant' seem to get to the fifth quarter, green (killed all threat) on the first 4 quarters and still red on outside (completed once). Can anyone let me know wtf I'm meant to do now?!
Yeah I really like this one but it is too much of a grind fest. I'm also not going to invite friends because I don't like that kind of thing, as mentioned before - it's too facebooky and I would probably try to block any game that did that (like I do on FB). At the moment I'm up against double hitting red guys and which just wipe out my units. Grinding my way out of this is especially annoying as the time is just too slow.
Viking Raiders has been updated (Feb 20 2014) ... we've 'de-facebooked' the game, and have removed the timers for recruiting units and for energy (Spirit). Give it a try and let me know what you think!
