For anyone stuck on the 3 part of the orange blocks. You need to pull the block down, right and then left. The arrow do show this, but it was frustrating for me for a bit. The main block needs to stomp all of the way to the ground, then while it is going back up, make the block to the right drop down. Then quickly jump up the right hand side and make the main block try and stomp you to the right. At this point it will reset all of the way to the left and you can then pull it down to the next room. You do not need to pull it left at all, it will reset to that area.
