I have some more hat ideas like last time
1.Tall hat = increases jump by 5 stat points and decreases everybody else's jump by 2 stat points
2. Rage hat = 4 laser gun charges but only 1 sword
3. Calm hat = 1 laser gun charge and 1 sword but 3 lightning and 3 teleport
4.Wormhole hat = once in a lvl you randomly teleport
5.Champion hat = 4x exp (f@h only 12000 points)
6. Top hat = disables crown hats and cowboy hats (f@h only 90000 points)
7. Toxic hat =decreases everybody else's speed by 1 point every 15 seconds
8. Warlord hat = Increases exp 10x(f@h only 500,000 points)
9. Destruction hat = whoever finishes 3rd or 4th gets no exp (F@H only 8000 points)
10. veteran hat = Immune to every hat or block effect (F@H only 500,000 points)

I know jiggmin isn't working on this game anymore but I have some ideas for new hats like
1. Venom hat : if the hat gets lost the player closest to it has their jump halved
2. Charm hat : doubles speed halves accel
3. Rocket hat : double time on jet pack
4. Matrix hat : if a bullet is heading towards you it goes in slow motion
5. Lightning hat : 2 lightning shots instead of 1
6. Camouflage hat : randomly during a race you turn invisible and your icon gets removed from the map for 5 seconds
7. Stretch hat : increases jump and accel by 5 points
8. Shrink hat : increases speed and accel by 5 points

@ fewmarshall so you are the highest ranked person in pr2 have 7 hats and have at least 1 lvl on all time best because that is what it means to beat it
@ L1nu5 dude don't be racist I know its annoying when your hat gets taken but remember these things...
1. its just 1 lvl it doesn't really matter
2. don't get offensive about it its happened to the best of us
3. you have the hat for keeps anyway so it doesn't really make much of a difference
