There is a glitch to get as much money as you want.
Once you kill the Ghost Gambler, you can go to another area, go to the slums building there, make sure you have the AK47. go to the 3rd floor and find the window on that floor look out of it and you will see a bunch of people & a heli-copter, kill the guy closest to the pilot.
