Does magic and spells proc critical?

About my comment from the reset bug* My stats and equip were reseted too, but my mage still have the equipment bugged as I report in ''game bug''. My Talent Points still normal, but i think in area 208 my talent point gained should be more than 12k, maybe a bug that only leves advanced after the reset update count??

Wtf, reseted my Warrior lvl 20 and my lvl 360 ranger reseted too for bug, but i only get the points from warrior.

Just a msg for the devs, you guys are doing a good job, keep updating and please, make the game more hard, actually i'm in top #5 all time, but i really want some difficult and more features. Although the game is unbalanced by now, I love to play it! ^^

A guide for new players who play with ranger: u should up STR/CON until 2k stats point, then distribute again, now with some point in DEX and POW (like 450 STR, 500 DEX, 550 POW, 500 CON) For me upping Marksmanship and Multi shot skill worked fine, in area 4 I used Magic Enchant and INT stats becaused my dmg was very low with the normal stats / crit, but late in game the best one is the crit build
