People always mistaken the level as rank they are completely different...to get a higher rank..you need to have a higher number of kills than deaths..the lower numbers the deaths and the higher numbers of kill you have..the higher rank you would be About on the failed downloading..I have a solution for that(its working for me and I suggest it to my friend and he said it works)refresh first then join any rooms you like to play..after a round..try to login..if it says too many connections..play another round again then try to login..finish you can play your account now hope it would help to people playing Critical strike
