And I don't understand the amount of people complaining about the controls or how retarded the challenges are...have you even played the career mode yet? I find the controls easy to use and the challenges were simple and fun! If you understand the weapon ranges, how the bots move and the difference between 'follow' and 'move' commands, then they're easy as.
For example, people complaining about the challenge 'sword and shield', the key to this challenge is knowing the fact that the general's turrent has a minimum range above zero and can't shoot at the shield if they're touching, so you have to control the shield well whilst the sword attacks.
As to the evade challenges, it helps alot if you realise that you can tell which way the bots are facing, so you know their smoothest turns and how you can outmanouvre the other bots.
I love the style and the game. The career mode is too linear for any replayability. I hope you will expand it and add a multiplayer arena. 5/5 nonetheless.
Its not that hard or "heavily based on luck"...if you actually think during the game you can consistently win the bonuses. I'm on level 42 and have 4 rows of bonuses.
Its hard to explain how to play this well but not every linkable tile is good as they might give you a small chance when your circle only needs 1 or 2 tiles to go...so sometimes its worth dealing at the beginning to try to get off to a better start...etc
As regards to the game, I give it 3.5/5, fairly fun but low replayability as once you've mastered it, it becomes fairly easy and monotonous. Maybe add new challenges...etc
I was getting cocky and careless and got to level 40 and just got owned by the boss's dmg reflection. Then I panicked but was already too late...hmm....that was about a weeks worth of gaming I just lost. F***
I gave monster's den 4/5 and this is definitely a 5/5 with the improvements.
Extreme + Hardcore + Tactical is pretty hard indeed, I have a feeling I'm going to regret that!
This is really fun but why can't you keep the upgraded turrents for subsequent missions? My cannon was owning, i almost named it because it rocked so hard.
I don't know why everyone goes on about the machine gun, it doesnt do enough dmg and takes forever to get enough xp for dmg upgrade.
4/5
Fantastic! Very fun at the beginning but the queue starts to build up after abit...I mean, how much can 1 person do! I think its good the customers have this star system but since the number of people increases you should get help, maybe upgrade you can spend some rank points on?
I have a tendency of doing awesome every round except for 2 that i always without fail swap the pizzas over...every round. lol
4.5/5, great fun...but i can see psychopath badge should be of been an impossible, i'm not going to even attempt that
I don't know if it was just me but the plane doesn't move that well and the controls are confusing...i prefer the good old arrows + shoot button + a bomb button. The background music isnt needed either. Am I being too critical? 2/5 for me
not much space for manoeuvre, especially for a stickman who can't stand up to save his life (literally) without wobbling about like a someone at the wrong end of a stag do
I was on battle mode got to about level 16 can't remember, was falling asleep then I clicked the 'run' button instead of the 'items' with the intention to heal with 12 hp left and obviously died...strangely I felt happy rather than annoyed, lol
holy shit! That was intense...I think i need a shower after that. You saved earth, you have 22 spare lives, rank: supreme resistance general.
YES! Only 4/5 though...I could see why this is slightly insane, lucky i'm pretty good at these type of dodge and shoot games. That last spaceship must of taken like 15 lives off me, that red laser is mental
