fairly easy but at the same time has a lot of luck involved, I lost iecause no blue rings were showing up and eventually I couldnt re-arrange the rings at all
I accidnetly put one on an angle and it resulted in the whole row being filled with angled blocks, as weight came they straightned out (i was on no drop) and they pushed a side of the tower further away in the process. later the whole thing split and i placed a looong block to connect the split tower, at this time the tower was 4 or 5 squares away from the edge of the starting platform and there was a 3 square gap going through almost all of it xD
I finally made a wep at 10 weeks to go, wasted 8k gold failing smithing attempts but kept trying. the wep has 60 dmg (as opposed to my last wep with 25) O.O
