I think it's a great idea (not properly a game, yet). I think different choices should lead to different ending, like in the old gamebooks. Also, "spoiler", nothing changes if you speak or not to the NPC while being in the house. I would prefer to have my character dead, without potions and bandages, obtainable only you interact a couple of time with the alchemist.
Same about the dagger, apparently, not received because during another game, actually I've never spoken (E button) with the blacksmith.
I was fearing all the times that the little girl would eventually turn into a demon anyway...
