Can't believe how long I'd been playing before realising the sins icon had a naked woman on top, rather than the guy just having messed up legs sprawling behind him...
Fun times! A couple of things to note, though: on one level we got to 150/150 but it wouldn't end and eventually we lost the level; also many times in the last few levels we got a game over even though the 'death bar' hadn't fully filled up.
What irritates me more than not having a save (loads of games didn't have saves back in the day, and that's part of the challenge) is the fact that you have to start all over again if you accidentally drag the wrong one in. I think if you haven't placed anything else since then or moved anything on the board it should let you put it back. There's no real reason not to.
It doesn't seem like much effort was put into the differences - they're actually predictable. The next picture comes up and it's like 'oh that green girl, okay so how many marks are on her body this time?'
I know people are saying hard mode is much harder, but that's no excuse to be lazy with normal mode - there's a difference between the differences being obvious and being entirely the same on each picture.
Also, what's with the story? He meets an elf girl in the forest, has a normal life (including children, and therefore a partner) and once he dies he gets back with the elf? That's borderline adultery.
