In the span of a week we went from unlimited play calls to only 5 audibles a game, to now only 2 audibles a game. That is complete garbage! Are you trying to force people into using run plays more if the pass routes don't look good, or are audibles now hidden behind a paywall? Change it back to the old way, or at least let us choose plays like Tecmo Bowl did.
Beginning tips:
1) Get stadium upgrades to get your fan rating to 75%+ for guaranteed 3 credits every game
2) Most important stat for WR and RB is speed.
3) Dump your kicker and use the extra spot for an offensive player
4) If you don't like the play showing, just double click on the open field to cycle through different plays
Max out Attack as much as you can, make sure you get the "Potion refills stamina" , "+3 Stamina" , and "Spear/Axe extra hit". Once you have that, you'll be able to nuke entire rows of enemies with the spear ability before the first turn even happens.
The game looks pretty, but the lag is unreal. It starts on early stages and just gets worse from there. Maybe remove some of the background particles, or even have a "stationary background" option like other shooters have. It will go a long way in saving on space to run the game.
So if I kill the boss on level 5 before all the stars appear, then I can't collect all the stars. So I have to just wait it out and let him stay alive until they all show up? Horrible.
Item crafting is freaking HORRIBLE. Drop rates for good items are so random. Using high end materials seems to have no outcome/guarantee of a good item.
How about a boost in Hearts for certain Hobby levels? If Cassie likes Buff then we get +1 Heart at Buff level 1-4. At Buff 5 we get +2 Hearts, at Buff 10 we get +5 Hearts, etc
Not bad, has cool graphics, but the gameplay/controls could use some fine tuning. The left and right arrows are less of "tilt your car" as they are "instantly make your car flip over", so you have to be very touchy with them. Also, the curve between the 1st Mission and 2nd mission is bit steep. Instead of slowing ramping up the difficulty it goes from "Tutorial Stage" instantly to "I hope you raced about 10 times and bought 3 rocket powerups and an armor power up otherwise you'll die in about 10 seconds"
Take my advice - Humans have free range of movement. At the start of the level dash immediately to the first human, use them to collect all the gems, and then worry about getting to the pentagram. It saves you way more time than trying to dash around as the demon who can only move in certain directions.
Its a solid build overall. Graphics are decent, controls are good, difficulty curve was paced well. It's a little annoying that your beam weapon will obscure the view of everything else on screen, but at least the enemy bullets are still visible. 3/5
Short, but very well made. The difficulty curve isn't too bad, although I will say that using anything other than weapon 2 on the third stage is a real challenge. Would love to see this game get expanded and/or add a survival mode. 4/5
In the Market, a guy froze right in front of my stand, blocking all sales. I deleted the stand, moved to a new site, and the guy is still there frozen. Now I can't build anything else. It's destroying my profits. Please fix this bug.
Please allow me to offer actual constructive criticism - The game needs a LOT more content and polish. The graphics and level designs are very rudimentary, as is the gameplay. There is very little strategy/skill needed to dispatch the same enemy adnauseum. Later on, there are a few tricky jumps to be made, that is only because of your decision to have the physics of the game force your character's momentum over the edge. Movement and jumping become a situation of fighting the game's physics engine rather than being dexterous enough to control the character. Also, with the clouds obscuring the field of view, it's difficult to tell if that was a feature by design, or it was a layering issue that went unresolved. To sum up, this feels less like a "game" and more like a demo. Please take these to heart and improve on your next try.
Just echoing the advice of many others. Controls need to be tighter and/or squirrel needs to move faster. Magnet upgrade needs to be able to attract nuts too, even if only at the higher tiers of upgrade. At least 2 more levels would be nice as well.
