Quite good game. Some things in MHO that could help:
1. Sound effects (allow without music)
2. Wall building
3. Upgrades on the layers
4. Fight animation
5. Larger size

The "enemies that repeat their death animation" are wounded... shoot em again and they die. They are not invisible, there behind the trees. other than that yep. ;)
Interesting game. Better delineating features on the "towers" would be good. Some sound effects would be nice. Towers a bit more clearly diverse in roll would be nice as well.
