Hi kngspan, thanks for trying the game and leaving a comment! We are working to make the combat smoother. We added hotkeys for training (1-2-3-4) and sending out troops (q-w-e-r). Also, the barracks building provides auto-train, and with building upgrades, you can auto-deploy troops, too, to make the battle less tedious. I hope you'll give it another shot as we continue to improve the game!
