how do u get passed the second phone

for the phone part play with the lamp and then scratch out the bottom part of the note pad then go into the next room
stuck on the torture thing
go to the bathroom click on the hot water when the mirror fogs up use the code on the keypad then when u leave steup right under the lamp and use the mirror
