decent game but how about the ability to hold shift to place several of the same building so i don't lose feeling in my wrist after placing 80 smelters?
from what i can tell eventually my dungeon will be nothing but workers as there is no way to kill or control their growth once a workshop is made. this is a bad thing.
this is almost completely identical to 5 games made back in 2004 by a guy called "vex-xiang" on newgrounds. even the name style and way too small screen is the same so i think you took his stuff and made tiny adjustments. flagged for obvious reasons.
how about adding a tab with just the hero portraits so we can quickly switch them around. that or just let us use the abilities even if they arent in the group.
or go the other way and dont count down their timer if they arent in the group because right now some heroes only get thrown in for 10sec to use a skill)
i dont know what you did but i cant actually load my game anymore. where the save file used to be there is just "you have 2 saves" now and nothing is selectable.
i gave myself a time limit of 18mins and then let it go. at some point the time spent is not worth it, for any task. for a game like this the amusement value had about 18mins worth.
so yeah, those that continue on with an iron will and succeed after 37hours or something... you lost too. the only winners are the ones who complete it within their maximum expendable time. or at least know when cut their losses. for me, thats the lesson here.
then i made my 100th painting my first non porn(it was a selfportrait) and left it as a 99% done masterpiece before quiting the game. i imagine a real artist would have done the same.
i swear i am not joking about this:
i made nothing but nudes(because everyone wants any kind of porn you can get before the internet existed) and the first masterpiece i made was untitled #69. this was not intentional.... but i laughed so hard.
0.00047% of 7billion is 32.900 not 2.59million..... howd you even get that number?
you cant do 7.000.000.000 * 0.00047 because thats not the right percentage. simply put, most of us mistook 1(as in, the number signifying the total) as 1% when we devided., so we ended up adding 2 zeros too little in the number we are deviding by.
im ashamed to admit i was stumped when the calculator kept telling me 3.29mil and manual calculations kept giving 32.900
go on adventures?
she drows in 4 feet of water and dies from a falling barrel touching her arm as it passes her. not exactly the adventurer type. fun little game, most others in this challenge use the time limit as an excuse to produce a non-working piece of shit. glad you didnt.
Well she does suffer from typical platformer hero syndromes like "one hitpoint wonder" and "super drowning skills" but hey, she did survive all those dungeons didn't she? I think she has the potential.
i did what humans do best, out-tech your enemy through collective will. kept 4 red units in a 2x2 box and replaced whenever one fell and upgraded whenever possible, got to universe rank before the first human rank enemies started apearing.
"against the clock" still means you make a goddamn game, previous challenges have produced amazing things but 2/3rds of this one dont even actually work.
the enemy should have a x strength per level, not upgrade aswell regardless of what level it is.
oh and got the no upgrade screen bug too, test this shit with testers for balancing and bug fixing. instead of throwing it to us unfinished.
went up to 12 survivors and all guns up the the ak by day 8... by day 12 i was down to 5 survivors and no aditional guns. tried 1 more search and lost 2 more survivors, decided to make my stand with what we had left, by day 27 i realized we were not gonna make it this way so i sent the best of us to find ANYTHING. first 4 days only found 1 survivor, but hey, its a survivor. 5th day, boom, the mortar gun and 2 guy with 3 attack. they wore black suits too.
takes an equal amount of luck and tactic to not die i guess.
Agreed. We need something like that.
