when the people get out from the room hurry lock the doors and start hacking, some people might try to open it, they will get shocked and run away, do not lock the door rapidly, keep doing the same thing and you wont have to kill any peoples!!! Sorry if this doesnt work for you.
The best way to get pacific when your already played long enough (like you got some of the red upgrades) try this if you didnt get a pacific without wasting your time trying to redo the whole thing and go to the first level. First you have to get sprinkles, door eletric thing and lights. Start the level, then try to use the water sprinkles in a floor where theres alot of computer for hacking. At the other floor you could may see a scientist staying there, use the light eletric thing to make him scared and he will run away from the room and lock the doors then hack the computer. When you see a room with lots of people DO NOT KILL THEM, wait for them to get away from the room ( you dont have to wait for bots and turrets to get out, they cant hack )
