SUGGESTION: Hold down the mouse button on the button machine button thingy to get rewards every 1 second :D (Because on average I hit the button 8-12 times per second, the rewards are much smaller but saves your mouse and your hand :P)
:P I timed the difference on the progress bar at 100% speed on "Lag?" and "Best" with the free background (Heavy details) With "Lag?" I got 40.85 seconds and with "Best" I got 40.90 seconds. It's just my reaction time, they are probably both 40 seconds :)
