45 strategy revised: 1) Quickly get as many Jellies using the 7 bases you can take. 2) also do the 20 and 25 upgrade on the defense bunker. 3) Once a base gets poisoned, move the jellies to the bunker. 4) once the bunker hits 100, takes ALL your jellies and send them to YOUR bunker. Once they arrive, send them to the BIG boss. This will send about 300. Now its all about timing so it will take you a few tries to get the base. Each try should take about 90 seconds.
TIPS:
1: Keep all spells in your inv, you can switch armor and weapons during combat
2: Look for Int and Wis mostly for stronger and more spell casts
3: Start with a char that has ignite
4: Use a fish as primary weapon for extra loot (keep extra weapons to switch when needed)
5: Entagle is good for a lot of bosses and you can run and get mana
6: Keep heal spell equipped
