The tip about gates would be nice to know -before- I go, Hey, someone left they're gate open..this can't be good in a zombie apocolypse... I better close it for them.
Also, I can have fully upgraded slowing plants, and they don't even inconvience the fast enemies. It's cute, but the longer I play, the more frustrating it becomes.
I agree that it makes for difficult beginnings. I'm often trying to water two plants at once and set out thorns... I almost always let one slide before I get it set up. Very irritating. Other than that, good game.
Adding a low rank gem to a high one does increase it's stats, but if you think in terms of how long it takes that gem to be ready to fire, and how much mana you use on combining, it's not really all that cost effective.
I love this idea. My only problem is that sometimes it snaps back to the original angle instead of the new one I want..which gets annoying after awhile.
It's cute, especially how they wave to you. But I have to agree with the posts above though, I want to see the level unobstructed without having to start it, and using space to start instead of a click is just uneccessary.
For the life of me I can't find sometihng to put the potion in, and it's so frustrating to see the wine botle sitting right there. I also can't see the first line of what's being said. It's a lovely game, and I'd love to be able to finish it.
I admit I'm a bit disappointed in the last level..I expected to have to at least kill another shadow like in the previous pylon battle... Still a great game, andI'll definitely play the next one too.
