Curious if someone can resolve my issue I have in Flashpoint... Quite often it doesn't update the date (i.e. Today in the game is not today on my computer or anywhere else). I haven't been able to figure out a way to clear a cache or anything like that so any advice appreciated if you have sorted it out.
I understand if you are no able to apply this solution (or if Kongregate does not want to advertise it), but if you are a CW addict like me you can google BlueMaxima Flashpoint. I am running a local CW copy so can get my fix even when the internet is down!
I do not really understand what the upcoming end of adobe flash means, will this still work or is there another page with an HTML5 wrapper that I should start using? (Unrelated, are there pages with HTML5 rappers singing about tags and stuff? ;)
Really appreciate the UI, dragging color onto other color, backtracking, and general fiddling works really well. I never thought it marked the wrong thing and it manipulating the chains was intuitive and helped getting to the answer.
Would it be possible to get a feature to click on a marked mine and it would report how many mines it is connected to? I am too lazy to accurately count to 19.
Thanks for a great game! First of two suggestions for minesweeper++: Total number of mines-nr of marked mines, could be a new clue type even as it adds extra difficulty not knowing. Second (re)suggestion: Allow for winning when all mines have been accurately marked regardless of if you have cleared everything. This allows for winning by trial and error if you are stuck with a 50/50 in the end.
This is an amazing extension to minesweeper! I find it most satisfying when you solve something using heart information. A suggestion on a way to avoid annoying 50/50 losses at the end is to allow "all mines marked correctly" as a win condition for the random levels.
I have a hard time seeing what is clickable and often have given up clicking an object thinking it is just a prop only to later try again (like an insane person) and then it worked. Style is very nice and what little dialog I have seem is good.
It would be more fun if the deck I battled against had similar distribution of black, silver, and gold cards. As a noob trying pvp it is pretty pointless.
