For anyone who has downrated because of the automatic retreat, it's because the zombies have gotten too close to you.
The yellow number is how far they are away from you. If it drops below whatever it is, your men retreat. If you are still too close, they retreat again.

It was a great game, yes, but Kongregate is for free games, not, "Here's two levels, now buy the rest" kind of games.
I got stuck on number one, but then I realized what you were trying to say with 'f(x)=(a-m)+(b-m)+(c-m)...+(z-m), and the rest of the game was slightly challenging. Especially the Caesar's encryption one. Forgot what that meant.
Well, first, you've been hacked with Cheat Engine. Second the physics suck. At 50 meters, with 4% wind, my arrow shouldn't be pushed from a nine to a six. 3/5.
