For people who need help on the last level, which has three monsters that each hit for around 22 damage per hit and have 1500 hp each, I used a nymph's spellbook with the stone of destruction and various regen items, so each hit would do around 105 damage and I would regen 7 per turn. I used warlord, planned assault, wealth, and sneak attack for my spells. I would ignore all rage gem matches and instead use planned assault to destroy them, and then attack. Then I would use warlord, and by then there would be enough rage gems back on the board to use planned assault again. Excess green mana gets sunk into sneak attack since it doesn't use a turn, excess blue mana gets sunk into wealth to quickly clear the board of coins, and red and purple mana get used by planned assault. With the strategy you take around 120 damage per monster to deal 1500 points of damage, so make sure you have at least 350 hp.

I think the best build is golem cursed with critical strike and around 30 willpower and the rest in int. Since critical strike scales off of int and cursed makes you do random elemental damage, usually you'll end up hitting an opponent for their elemental weakness for around 2k damage per critical strike if you have 140 int. This can kill a boss in 3 hits, and most regular enemies die in one hit like this

For those people complaining about the invincible wolf during the quest to retrieve the teddy bear or whatever, that is actually working as intended. In this game, in many zones there will be one "boss" monster that will have much greater health and doesn't flinch when hit, so what you have to do is level up a bit more so you can hit harder and get some more skills. Spec in the skill that doubles your mana and health for some time and get revive potions so that way you can die and then revive and keep killing the boss monsters. There's also a glitch to get inifinite crafting slots; if you put the item in your bank and then quit the game while the bank screen is open, it refreshes all the crafting slots on the items you put in your bank.

And Dwune, the reason you don't improve is probably because you just suck at reading the opponent, i.e. yomi, which is something that not everybody is good at. I myself am not very good at it, but some people are just naturally gifted at predicting the opponent, or if you want to say it's luck, guessing right almost every time.
This game is most definitely not mostly luck. People who claim this game is mostly luck just don't know how to predict their opponent, for that is where the skill of this game lies. This game is all about predicting the opponent, which means that you have to be able to analyze the opponent for their past patterns and essentially make a prediction about what the opponent will do based on past experience. If this game were luck, how can people in the top ten remain in the top ten? You can argue that luck brought them there, but if this game were primarily luck, then they should fall from the top ten, yet they still remain. Why is that so? It's because this game is not luck, not any more luck than a game like poker is. Making educated guesses is not luck, for not everybody can make educated guesses and succeed.
