Non-rotating dragging has been requested quite a few times, so the update changes alt-dragging (press Drag Tool hotkey while dragging) to drag items without allowing the drag joint to rotate them (physics still can.)

would be awesome if you added the feture:if you add the property:regeneration then in the settings you should be able to acces regenaration force so the doll regenarates faster or slower on the next update
