Trying to do that last achievement,1000ft in a hatch back? NO PROBLEM. (3 hours later) REALLY 999 FT

i cant leave the garage it says the objective once im outside which is i need a upgraded pstol or shotgun and i dont got enough money for either and its very annoying since i cant get out
