1+ crash every 30 min cos out of memory and 10-20 min needed per log in.. so 50% online and 50% offline nowadays ?
We're currently working on improving performance so that we can add more content into the game, as a stop gap troubleshoot method have you tried deleting your browser cache and cookies this might help with the performance (might).

Did the frame rate deteriorate/was the game starting to lag a lot before it froze? Or did it just freeze?
