Blackmail cost this game a lot of score, would probably gotten over 4 stars easily if people were not giving it 1/5 to make a point. I disagree with the people who do that, the blackmail does not affect the game so it should not affect the score, however their reasoning is understandable.
I noticed a lot of people do not like regeneration, but limiting how many times it occurs makes it not do what it was intended to do. I would suggest it only working once or twice per turn. That way it could occur a fifty to a hundred times, but if you don't have it dieing seven times a round and still fighting on.
It is true that a single mistake is not normally worth 60% star loss. However, when that one mistake is big enough-most people being unable to load it, glitch that causes it to crash every few minutes, system that prevents you from playing more than 20 minutes before having to wait over an hour to play again-it should be expected that you lose 3 stars. Plus, as you said, this is a beta. They have another shot or two to get the 5-star rating when they release the next version(s)
When I started this game I gave it 5 stars, its really good, has a lot of strategy, and no one strategy is "the best", however the energy became more annoying than I thought it would be. Simply put as long as the energy is capped at 100 and regenerates at a mere 1/minute this is a 2 star game. Whats the point of a 5-star game if you can only play it once every thirty minutes?
