It's really rare. i did it 2 times
When both of my ragdolls are at 1 health i pressed the same punch button for both and it didn't show up to either reset or go to menu.

I roped his bodies together so they won't separate. i am not saying this to get likes i am just telling And i agree with dw84hghe we really need those stuff those stuff are already in other torture chamber games! please bring those.
