Very nice game. I didn't get bored the whole way through because the levels were interesting enough. One comment though, the stars were a bit too easy to get. I didn't feel like I really needed to go out of my way to get any of them, so getting 3 stars on every level was about the same challenge as simply completing the levels.
I really enjoyed this game. It wasn't difficult enough for me to want to cheat but it wasn't easy enough for me to get bored. The levels were unique and it was fun figuring out how to make things work. :)
After level 11 I pressed to go to the next level and it didn't work, so I went back to the main screen but I hadn't written any password down so I would have to start all over to finish :(
This was really easy considering I'm in my 5th year of my computer engineering degree, but I still played through it to see what exactly it covered. I think this would be very helpful for people who want to start programming or are curious about programming because it's basic and explained well. It also uses a language that is very similar to a lot of other languages, so transitioning from this game to programming languages besides ActionScript 3 (which I've never used personally) wouldn't cause much of a shock. I'm saving the link in case I meet a future wanna-be programmer who wants a bit of an introduction :)
Needs more customization. Right now you just click things and there's no skill involved and no reason to replay because the final cake looks the same every time.
I thought the game was really fun (it'd make a nice phone game too :o) but as I got lower (around level 30) it starts getting laggy and hard to use controls. It'd be nice to have an option to toggle quality.
You need to work on the jump mechanics. Sometimes my character got stuck on a corner and when I jumped it shot my character up high in a weird direction. Also it was hard to get him to land perfectly on the blocks because of weird mechanics, and he kind of dipped into the blocks when he shouldn't have. And sometimes I could jump when I wasn't even standing on anything o_O Also, you need some kind of indicator that it's the end of the stage. It's easy to tell after the first round that it ends when you reach the wall, but it doesn't really make sense storyline wise and just seems like your character is teleporting. Nice first attempt but you need to make many improvements ^^
I always played these games in the past and never liked them. Now I realize it's because i never bothered to play past day 2. I have to admit I'm obsessed with this game now >_<
Someone explained how to get the overtake badge by placing ahead of the other people. But that doesn't seem to work for me. I even placed 1st in a match, still no badge.
Thanks for the feedback. Bug Fixed! :) :)
