max cooldown timer for skills 0.05 :) but that has some lag issues on some skills :3

Elder Eyes are good to gain spectral items easy :) spectral doesn't last like soulbound but you can make them soulbound or combine them once you unlock combinator on 10th ascension ( combinator can combine anything with anything even armor with weapons :p )

combination charges are how many times you can combine a soul bound item :) yes you can combine them infinite times as long as you got charges :3 In later game its the only way to get fast stats

Saying that it has nothing to do with Riot or any gaming company doesn't mean you haven't used copyrighted material remove that game now

Spoilah alert: 10k % is hardcap max critical hit per item, 100% is max critical chance and 100% max lifesteal :3 gonna find the others too
