I agree with many others. Well done. Great graphics easy fun play. Sometimes tedious. a bit more random gen dungouns/instances would rock
Issue/Recommendations:
Timers - I would like to see some sort of timer on buffs that are perishable. ie. food/drinks/ pets.
Tool tips- do the stats, power fortitude, skill affect your character? or just your specials?
Hired hero - Would be nice if we had perhaps an offensive defensive setting. Something to keep the helper from rushing into the group of mubs that a skill based player is trying to pull in small groups.
Camera - movable?
Scaling - I did donate with the opening all areas, but otherwise stepping into a new area can be quite tough.
Bugs? - The poison arrow will kill a mob, and it will drop karma, but the mob will still be alive and attackable.
Not sure if this is due to server communication or something else.
Lots of great suggestions there and some that are already in the pipeline, such as more varied missions. Glad you're enjoying Akaneiro and keep your eye out for all the great new stuff when it comes :)))
Alright. This is different that the older ones so Kudos.
A new feel to older versions always has some trepidation.
I like the new graphics, and "boss fights" and towers.
I would like to see what I am getting into when I am upgrading.
Otherwise I think so far that it has a great upgrade from the old version... more to come when I win.
Constructive criticism. I want to play a game with a tad bit of instruction or hit as to when should I press"us to get in" give us a chance to time it or to build energy, or change our glide path. Blind luck on a random number generation to earn 50 "points" towards a 120K item.. or even the 9k bat.... That is not fun.. As with the others. 8 hours to get to nowhere is not fun.
"Right to run, up to get in, up to jump" I think you should outsource. 5th grades would write better instructions on your game.
Great graphics, good job on mostly being bug free. Various towers and upgrades paths. I think you have it mostly done. Only issue I still have with a few TD games is scaling in FF. They will not fill out correctly. The map will take up half the screen yet the traps are still in the bottom right, and the pause button center screen. I appreciate the game, and would even pay the dollar or two for some little advantage to pay for your efforts, but please support IE, FireFox, and Chrome.
We all know this is a super popular format. but.....
You really need to give it the same basics and then give new options and perks.
Give level ups. give upgrades, different views.
At least get the basics correct. I want to be able to see the angle and power. What unit is next. Give me a bigger view to see what I am shooting and where it may land.
Stolen? Sure its a basic game concept that another person wants to make money from. BAD deal though. You have a large competitive market, so make this interesting. Make it addictive, interesting and doable. I do not want to see a slingshot without any animation. I will go back to learn 2 fly 2 and have hours of fun with a better game.
So with the basic test.
Bummed that a few of the right click functions mess up the game.
But. Your main ship does little damage after the first 5 waves or so, but takes little.
Save your money. Buy a ship to place just north of your main ship to kill the one ship that gets close enough to hit you. After that save more and place ships to kill the rest.
As to speed. you can send waves super fast... if you kill the waves fast. So plan to kill and play fast.
Yes. basic start. improve this.
Larger view.
Waves with limits. ie. levels.
Upgradable weapon scheme. ie. hand gun to minigun, laser, nuke, whatever.
The Start works. in my simple eval I have found no bugs.
I guess I just do not understand a game that ends in a stalemate when I own 4 nodes and the enemy owns two. I have two nodes supplying one, and the enemy has one supplying one, yet we are at a stalemate.
Okay. decent new game start. very basic shuer. additionnaly give a pause from the mouse click. I have had issues with clicking an item and getting the double response. ie. click continue and the level starts with my head shooting.
I would also suggets that any ballon that hits something, ie. the pin, pops. just a thought.
Interesting view. Great lighting. I enjoy the view, but I want a full overview still.
Wave 800 right now. 750k. No fourth tower.
Waves vs tower strength needs adjustment. I sent up two lvl 20 cannon towers and left it on while I slept. I think it is a good start. But yes. Better view, more maps, tool tips.
I think this game is in the wrong category. Shooter/arcade maybe.
I think the targeting is much better than the Shooting the undead game.
As for the game I think that you have the great elements needed: Upgrade chains, increasing waves, and decent explanations.
