The gun chart isn't a chart that you can
look at. It makes the weapons in the game have the correct range. Bars have a lot less range now.
My best soldier ever was a scout.
HE SPAWNED WITH 138 rifle and 98 morale!!!!
With lot's of ranger training I got him to 342 rifle and 172 morale.
Scouts don't suck
