Estimated time to completion - 3 years. So first you beat the game which takes about a week. Then you beat the game 100 times more, starting from scratch without having access to any of the rewards you earned. Then you get to keep some of your rewards and can beat it in about a day, repeat 250 times. After that you can finally enjoy the rest of the game
first click on every level is always ignored. So what usually happens is either: (send a blob), click the transformation, wait for the blob that is not appearing or (prepare transformation), send a blob, click it... nothing happens it keeps walking and dies

Opened options, wanted to go back, the weas no back button. Rightclicked . got "security error. Operation is insecure" and the game froze. First impression - F
I like neither fallout nor ponies, but this kept me up waaay past midnight. Small issues:
Quests often need items you only obtain much MUCH later, Killing bloatsprites is the first quest, but i only found a nest in Factory 5.
Many quests require a rare item from behind special doors, those could be more common imo, maybe guaranteed 1-3 doors per area, with at least 1 being related to open quests.
XP gain is tied to mostly horseshoes and killing enemies - give small amounts of xp for everything, picking up items, discovering merchants and using their services, disarming traps, breaking walls, hacking doors.
And if all this is already tracked, why not add a learning-by-doing element to reward personal playstyles - let people earn to 5 points per skill for using that skill (tracked by achievements? *nudge nudge*) disarming traps contributing to sneak and repair, potions to medicine, looting and trading to barter, using spells and suffering magical exhaustion to magic, an so on
needs to be able to restart one blueprint, not just the whole level. Or even better a save function, nothing is worse than carefully arranging boxes and switches and one careless step too far wiping the progress of the past five minutes
Haha :D We put a lot of effort in that one as well to get it to fit with the theme. Sadly the effect doesn't work on firefox for some reason, so not everyone gets to see it :c
the slot machine could use a speed up like playing 10x difficulty multiplier at once after completing the game once or a toggle in the settings, because once you reach the point where one roll costs <10gold you can complete the game faster than spending all the money you earned doing so
sometimes when i click a number away it turns black with a a thick yellow circle and i cannot reactivate it, if it is required to solve then you need to restart the level. this seems to happen randomly and restarting the level bugs out different numbers each time
Just enough depth to be interesting, yet not too gadgety. Everything that is done is done well, visuals are clean, controls are tights, big kabooms are satisfying.
The update made heat exchanger and platings obsolete. I have 3/4 of the board filled with a chessboard-arrangement of reactors and reflectors and the bottom with Vent5-Outlet4-Vent5 blocks, running at 9M heat/tick. Soon i will replace all vents by a couple of throwaway coolant cells and will have even more room for reactors and almost no limit on heat production
The order of upgrades should not matter because it encourages hoarding.
If you upgrade the soldiers, including the advanced research on the first page, you get a total of 48 multiplier which will NOT apply the the "rescue mission" bonus from choppers if get it afterwards
STE is an incremental strategy game. The order in which you buy troops and research greatly influences your resulting RPS. Thanks to the reset option, you can try different ways and see what works best.
