It isn't a bug. Like the previous comment it is something I forgot to explain in the tutorial. The higher your grade, the higher your salary in the jobs. When your grade is above 100 you get a major bonus to the salary.

Hello, it doesn't take away time from working, if you get a gift of 45 minutes you also earn money of 45 minutes and it is exactly the same as clicking the clock 45 times (assuming you have one minute per click). Hope it is more clear now and thank you for your comments.
