Only 9 maps? Wow I'm a bit sad now. I was enjoying the game until it was finished.....

It's not a browser problem it's the updated flash player. If you un-install your flashplayer(10) and re-install fp 9 the problems will be resolved. You'll need to also go to your control panel click on the flash icon and set the player not to update the current version. I'm assuming the dev for this game will let us know when the issue has been resolved and then update your player when/if there is no problem with fp 10.
