I love how Margh gives you (the player) a look when you pick the nice comment that a) allows ghvnn to follow and b) hires ghvnn after the case is over. Felt bad for making Margh suffer, but Ghvnn is just too nice to treat callously.
Ahaha did anyone ever try to say "no" to him..? I had prepared a long dialogue in case you said no that would end with Ghvnn joning you anyway, but it looks like nobody had the heart to refuse!
That guy's just too charming! lol
it's so tedious you want to give up, yet the sound it makes while clicking has a strange hypnotic effect that makes you stay... that and giving up doesn't seem like an option. I neither love nor hate this game; I am simply puzzled as to who came up with this concept and why they would unleash it into the world....
love the game (glad the reporter is finally faced with the zombies, she was just too safe for too long), do wish, however, that after beating the first barrier, you'd start from there rather than start from the beginning again.
I haven't tried Dedrood's approach (yet) but hint for the first three contenders: don't spend anything on the second competitor, buy 2 (or 3 depending on "luck") thrusts. use one at the beginning, then just as you hit the water, hit the second-> this will boost your next try; repeat above for the third try, you should be able to beat #3. After that follow with Dedrood's way: max out on thrust, skis, freaky (etc) for the first try use them in order of buying, in the second try, max everything out except for one thrust, hit it once you hit water it will thrust you out for the final try with more "oomph" then max out as Dedrood stated (thrust, skis, etc). + if it works for you.
I love the game, the concept is a great one... one pet peeve is why bother buying things that one will need for the next level if, every time, you die, you have to start back at the beginning?
"Oh wow I'm much farther than I was before." *Takes break* "Nooooooooooooooo!" that horrible moment when you suddenly realize that "space" isn't the jump
