You should be able to toss out all the herbs your blacksmith isnt using and replace it with steel instead of having to pay an increasingly larger sum to upgrade steel storage.
Largest map on insane: Start with 5 maxed citizens (beat the game on easy and send them over) with good items (rocket launchers are the best). Start your expansion in one direction toward one side, then a corner. If you see a police station, a farm, and a hotel- expand in that direction. Try to keep your recruits at maximum capacity and make sure to give them the weapons from your supersoldiers. Here is a very important piece of information: danger is only counted from adjacent squares to your fort, not the whole map. Expand in a way that minimizes the adjacent zombie squares (dont explore the subway). Dont forget to get a hospital early or you could lose a supersoldier to disease. Once you work your way to a corner its pretty easy to expand from there since zombie population is capped at 75 per building.
Heres how to get the hard badge: First day buy Max Transmission, Engine, Wheels, and as much gas as possible. The trick is to constantly hold back as you gas. And dont waste gas if youre in the air (thats just dumb). Second day finish gas Start boost and gun (prioritize boost over gun). Save your boost for the very last hill before the boxes. You should be able to reach the boxes on the second day. For third day max boost and whatever ammo you can buy. Again save your boost for the hill and you should be able to fly over the boxes. Good Luck!
I'm usually on the opposite side of these accusations but it seems the regen % is rigged. This damn Glaive keeps destroying my entire armies... God damn 1/1 wont die. Getting sick of this damn bastard. Cant wait to get some regen cards of my own.
God I hate wasting pressure of an entire boiler powering the crouch mechanism... would be useful to have some sort of pressure distributor. Although since it is difficult to understand the game at first as is, I see how extra pieces can confuse people further.
Here a good way to get the space stars achievement: from the start keep your plane angled about 45* uphill and tap the boost. Also turn on the rainbow stars. Keep tapping boost until you have about 1 bar left (should be about 90m altitude). Then keep a steady descent and use your remaining boost to nudge your plane upward and prevent it from plummeting. With any luck you should get the 100 stars.
great game, but unfortunately unplayable due to lag. Mad the smallest ship with the simplest weapons and it still lagged to a point of freezing. 2/5 for this reason.
At the very top of the area where you find the dinosaur Easter egg if you jump right onto the narrow piece of land you can jump and jet right again. If you do this you can land on the UFO. moving left and right will force UFO to move. Not sure if it is a glitch or an Easter egg.
You can use the random movement to an advantage... For the dragon fight, open up most of the tiles and equip a few health/tile items. That way your heroes will get a chance to heal between fighting the dragon.
