I think there should be a trade you know like when you have lots of mineral and you want to trade it for gold + if you think this is a good idea. if you don't do not + and don't - ok?

In the meantime, you're got some manufacturing, you could consider adding some retail buildings and expand into other regions.
Keep an eye on the market prices of resources. Make sure you're investing in assets that are going to make money. e.g. If the (wholesale) market price of books is cheap you can build bookstores with good retail margin. If books are expensive, you could build a printing works and earn good margins.
