you put all this work into your music options, a compleat playlist, the ability to download it, this is better audio options then 97% of all games I've seen...
and yet you cant turn off the game's sound effects...*face-palm* (or if you can then it's not under any option's menu I can find)
just found this out to get past level 20&21: a level 3 tower with ice (cost:600) will do just as much slowing as a level 9 tower(cost:4500), so for the same price you could get 7 level 3 cannons with ice and effectively double your field size.
Also two hurricane(or typhoon i always get those two mixed up, 2 mini-gun +1 cannon) with shadow will create a sort of meat grinder that only tanks can reliably get through, as for the tanks themselves have one unicorn tower (laser*3) with fire and turn everything to fire when the tank passes.
this is not a perfect guide and you will still have to experiment to find the right combination for the level but it might help you get on the right track.
well I can make AA work but the thing is that it take A LOT of AA to do anything (at which point you are SET) so what if you double the damage and double the cost so that the cost/damage remains unchainged and i might be able to get some support towers on them rather then only being able to get them on a fraction of the towers and have more space for the other towers so that you dont feel like you have to dedicate 1/4th of your map solely to AA
(this is a nice game, i can see the influence that don't touch my gem had on it, but that's not a bad thing, if you are going to cop- *cough* study someone study the best.)

their is a bad glitch with the birds, if they should happen to be too far forward and miss thier target they will go into a cycle of flying up, coming down with the bomb, and throwing it at the empty space behind their target.
This can be quite annoying when you are unable to build a catapult and the dang pirate and pistol will never hit the bird. (and also it complected brakes the game cause I can just farm oil until I hit max and just build everything taking all challenge out of the game)
its not mute if the sound is still there after you press m, please do not call it mute if leaves sound call it m for music,
then explain to me WHY you would put in a option for music and not for sound? if feels like going to a diner and only getting half your order, I could understand if it was not on the menu many people over look this but HALF!!!! that is only a complaint because i can not listen to my audio books while i play this game and it is a good game
I'm very happy that the maker of this game has made a version for the smart-phone, It means that they will be getting paid for the hard work and loving care s/he put into this magnificent series of games.
I cant find the mute button.... not the that the music is bad but I listen to audio books at all times and if I have to stop that to try out this game....
subtle hint for anyone not wanting to have it ruined by the walk though
in your book it says your goal and next to it it say how long it took you to do it, if you can get out of the prison cell in 1 hour you are doing GREAT
chwooly... I am sorry about the rant, but I have tried turrets (three at once truth be told), I've tried tanks, I have tried rocket launchers (they do well if there are no snipers on the field)
I know i will get thumbs down but I am PISSED OFF!!! the gun ships are too over powered, I don't want to use them but every time I get to level 4 I am left with no idea what to do? none of the units given at this point seem to work against them and I quickly lose all three lives and have to start over, its a fun game worthy of 5stars but if the only way to win is "use gunship" then this game is not worth 1 star "lets play rock, paper, scissors but scissors beat everything"
would it be okay if we got a "what I'm weak against" on the unit description, I'm stuck at the point where the drop ships are introduced and cant find out what will work against them
to rank up quickly what you need to do is set your deck to auto (underneath the sound and music buttons) and click repetitivly on "fight" next to someone who is WAY above you, each click will play out a full match and each lose will lose you 0 while each win will give you 10 then 8 then 6.
now you still will need newer and better cards but this should speed up the prosses
