Things that annoyed me: you can't jump in place and after you jump (up+left) you need to press movement button again. In my opinion, after you've been spotted, you couldn't be able to hide any more.
Can be more challenging if you make the leaves and bugs do weird stuff, like if a certain bug lands on your skull it would transfer the ball to the next skull to the right.
Very good, I specially loved the lightning bolt effect. A tear almost fell when the bugs entered Space Invaders formation, nice touch. Needs a pause button. Also, give us a chance to survive all levels by adding a shop with upgrades.
